HOMECOMING

Traditionally, Easter Sunday is Homecoming at Merrimon United Methodist Church and this year was no exception.  Our church is filled with those who are current and faithful attendees, plus many more who came back home for the day. 

FOOD AND FELLOWSHIP    

Following church service the picnic baskets are unloaded and the food spread upon the tables on the grounds.  Many took their filled plates to the fellowship hall to get out of the northeast wind but others enjoyed dining outside in the early spring sun. Delicious food and great fellowship was enjoyed by all.

An Easter Egg Hunt is held for the children after lunch.

Colorful plastic eggs suddenly appeared all around the grounds.
